• Messages and files sent to our WhatsApp tools: your WhatsApp phone number and profile name, the messages you send, and files you share (for example, property listing PDFs) so we can do the task you asked for.
• Website usage: basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through standard logs and cookies.

How we use it

• To provide the service you asked for, such as entering a listing you sent us into a real estate MLS system and replying with the result.
• To respond to you, schedule calls and send information you requested.
• To keep our services secure, fix problems and improve them.
• To send newsletters only if you signed up; you can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use WhatsApp messages for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers that run our tools, such as Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), our website host and our email providers.
• Systems you ask us to use, such as a multiple listing service (MLS) where we enter a listing on your behalf.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

How long we keep it

We keep files and messages sent to our WhatsApp tools only as long as needed to complete the task and keep a record of it, and no longer than 12 months unless you ask us to keep them longer. Other information is kept while we have a business relationship with you, or as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your information at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To delete your data, follow our data deletion instructions. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
